I remember how it feels studying to be a counsellor, the amount of work and time needed can at times feel overwhelming and trying to fit personal therapy in as well can feel a struggle. I offer a reduced rate for counselling students and have flexible hours working both face to face or online. I am an accredited counsellor with the BACP and can support you on your counselling journey.

An initial phone consultation lasts no more than 15 minutes and is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have regarding the counselling process and to see if you feel comfortable talking with me.

It also gives me the opportunity to gain key information to make sure I am the right person to support you on your journey, and the reason you are seeking counselling is within my skill set and training.

For people who have either had counselling before and are familiar with the counselling process, or feel that an initial consultation is not required feeling comfortable to begin counselling straight away, having explored the website and watched my video, if this is the case please provide as much information as possible in the booking form in order for me assess if I am able to support you within my skillset and training.
